Refund Policy for Services

Clients may request a refund of payments made for scheduled sessions if a cancellation is submitted at least 7 days prior to the appointment. Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 days after confirmation. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule a session at no additional charge. Unless explicitly noted otherwise, offerings that involve immediate access to reports or dedicated support are non refundable due to the nature of delivery and resource allocation. Non refundable services are clearly marked on the order page.

Information Products

We offer digital materials and templates that support accounting record keeping and planning. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Refund Policy for Information Products

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. After access or use of the product, no refunds will be issued.

Goods

Branded merchandise such as stationery and printed materials may be purchased through our shop. Shipping times and rates vary by location.

Refund Policy for Goods

Physical items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a refund, contact our team with order details. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

No Refund Offerings

Certain custom engagement packages, bulk training sessions, and third party licensed materials are marked as non refundable. These offerings involve tailored preparation or third party licensing fees, making reimbursements unfeasible.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any changes.
